What is the return policy?
Zone Zero Cycling Club does not offer any refund services. We only provide an exchange service for products with production defects, damage sustained during delivery, or if the wrong item was sent. Items purchased via distributors or Sample Sales events are not eligible for exchange.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

When will I get my order?
Shipping times depend on your location and chosen method. For items currently in stock, please use the following estimates:
- Hong Kong Local Delivery: 1–2 business days.
- Express International Shipping: 5–10 business days.
- Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer worldwide standard free shipping on order over USD$180.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the total value of your order. It is automatically calculated before check out so you will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How do I choose the correct size?
We have a size calculator in our Size Chart to recommend the right size for you base on your fit preference.
If you find yourself between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit for casual riding, we generally recommend sizing up..
Do you offer a Crash Replacement policy?
We know that crashes are an unfortunate part of our sport. If you damage your current-season zzcc kit in a recent crash, send us an email at info@zonezero.cc with photos of the damaged gear and proof of purchase. We will happily offer you a 50% discount on a replacement item to help get you back on the bike.
How should I wash and care for my zzcc apparel?
To preserve the technical properties, aerodynamics, and longevity of our premium Italian MITI fabrics, we recommend the following care routine:
- Machine wash cold (30C/ 86F) inside out, preferably in a mesh laundry bag.
- Use a mild liquid detergent; do not use fabric softeners, bleach, or optical brighteners.
- Line dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry, dry clean, or iron.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every piece of gear is designed in-house locally in Hong Kong. To bring those designs to life without compromise, we partner with certified, elite textile mills across China and regional specialists to handle our high-precision technical assembly and Italian fabric construction.
