    Express shipping is available at checkout. Rates are calculated automatically based on your destination and order value.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes
    All international shipments (outside of Hong Kong) are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The recipient is responsible for all local import duties, VAT, or sales taxes (such as SST in Malaysia or EU VAT) required by their government.

  • Accuracy
    Please double-check your shipping address and contact number. Zone Zero is not responsible for re-routing fees or delays caused by incorrect information.

  • Live Tracking
    You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your kit leaves our Hong Kong hub.

  • Customers in Mainland China
    Since we ship from Hong Kong, customs requires the receiver's ID to process clearance. Please leave a note with your order or send a copy of your ID to info@zonezero.cc with your order number, and we'll take it from there.
