Can I cancel or change my order once it is placed?
Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, and items cannot be changed.
Are the online prices the same as at club events?
Prices on this website are for online ordering only and may differ from those charged at retail stores or physical club pop-ups.
What is "MITI" fabric?
We use premium Italian MITI fabrics, which are the industry gold standard for breathability, moisture management, and compression.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer any refund services; all sales are final.
What should I do if my jersey arrives damaged?
Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If there is a production defect or damage from delivery, take a photo and contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.
Can I exchange an item I bought at a Sample Sale?
No, products purchased from distributors or Sample Sales events are not eligible for our exchange service.
How do I ship an item back for exchange?
Valid exchanges can be sent via SF Express. We will bear the delivery costs for both ways if the exchange conditions are met.

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our size charts where measurements are listed in CM. Note that dimensions are measured manually with a potential deviation of 1–2cm.
How should I care for my premium Italian fabrics?
To maintain the shape retention and technical properties of the MITI fabric, we recommend following the care label instructions provided with the garment.

Data is provided voluntarily, and we handle all personal information in accordance with our privacy standards to provide you with ordering and registration services.
