9. Refund and Exchange Policy

Zone Zero Cycling Club does not offer any refund services. We only provide an exchange service for products with production defects, damage sustained during delivery, or if the wrong item was sent. Items purchased via distributors or Sample Sales events are not eligible for exchange.

Conditions for Exchange:

You must contact us within 14 days of receipt; the Club reserves the right to refuse requests made after this period.
The product must remain in its original packaging.
The item must show no signs of use, wear and tear, or intentional damage.
Final approval is subject to an inspection by the Club to ensure the item is in resalable condition.

Exchange Procedure:

Inspection: Immediately check your product upon delivery for damage or order discrepancies.
Notification: If a defect is found, email [Insert Email] with your order number, contact details, and a photo of the issue.
Exchange Options:
- In-Person: Bring your receipt and the item to our designated club location.
- Courier: Ship the item back via SF Express with the receipt included. The Club will bear the delivery costs for valid exchanges.

In case of any dispute regarding an exchange, the decision of Zone Zero Cycling Club shall be final.
